Hope for Our Time
June 2 - August 2, 2019

Introduction

Life delivers both highs and lows. As we navigate through these experiences, our faith is shaped and often challenged. Also, our faith can be strengthened as we learn to more deeply trust the Lord through His care for us. We also can be shaped by the incredible blessings from God. Both the highs and the lows are formative for believers. Nothing is wasted when God is involved!

Undaunted Hope

Isaiah 53

How do we explain all of the evil in our world? Why is there so much suffering? Does God understand the depth of human suffering? Actually, God grieves more about the human condition than we know. He personally engaged the human condition through the miracle of the Incarnation. Consequently, our hope remains undaunted in spite of the reality of suffering.
